Ingredients:
°1 cup butter (room temperature)
°3/4 cup sugar
°3/4 cup tightly wrapped
°brown sugar (solidly wrapped)
°2 eggs
°1 teaspoon vanilla extract
°2 1/4 cups flour (all-purpose flour)
°1 teaspoon of soda
°1/8 tsp salt
°1 cup chopped
°pecan nuts
Instructions:
Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Beating eggs and vanilla extract.
Combine dry ingredients; add to cream mixture, mix well. Stir in chopped pecans.
Drop the dough using teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 375°F for about 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
